About the Program

MiND Training for Kids & Teens is a 10-session coaching program in English that helps young people boost their confidence, manage emotions, and learn smarter — all while improving their English in a fun and interactive way.

Instead of studying only grammar and vocabulary, participants explore how the brain works, how to deal with stress, and how to build healthy habits. Every session is active, playful, and practical, with lots of chances to speak English and grow new life skills.
